Government school site
A state primary school site is set aside in the plan to serve the growing community.
Non-government school site
A non-government school site is also reserved — supporting families that choose a faith-based or independent education.

Community meeting spaces, maternal and child health rooms and multi-purpose halls anchored into local centres.
Sports & active recreation
Formal sporting fields, courts and active-recreation reserves, complementing the adjacent Casey Fields.
Local parks & playgrounds
A distributed network of neighbourhood parks so most homes are within a short walk of green space.
Conservation corridor
The Clyde Creek corridor is protected as a green-blue spine — biodiversity, drainage and walking / cycling in one.
Cycle & walking network
On-road and off-road paths link neighbourhoods, schools and centres — designed for walking and riding, not just driving.
